Antonio Facchiano is a physician and a poet, a researcher in prose and in poetry, of human truth and ethics, which is revealed in flashes and vanishes instantly. The mind of the poet explores and questions the meaning of life, the continuous conflict between the benign and the malignant, between the sacred and the profane, with poetry that is symbolically cathartic; poetry that creates light and hope and is transformed into truth. Antonio Facchiano was born in Italy in 1961. His poetry has been awarded “Selezione Premio Internazionale Anguillara Sabazia” in 2005 for the book Voli di Linea; and took third position in the “Premio Letterario Nazionale Giuseppe Gioacchino Belli” in 2010. Hayk Svajian is a freelance poet and a translator, living in Los Angeles, USA. He has authored two visual poetry books, Visions and Reveries.
