Epic novel by master storyteller Colleen McCullough. Vintage Avon edition. First, this book is in remarkable condition especially considering its age. There’s almost zero shelf wear on covers & spine. No dog ears. No tears. No writing within novel. Spine intact. This is a very solid book. Now, there’s obvious fading on spine and about a inch crease at bottom of spine (see photo). There is also discoloration on page edges due to sun exposure. Additionally a name has been written at top of front and inside on front page. The condition of this book makes it appear that its never been read or maybe once by someone who was very careful and gentle book reader.
