Born 1940 in Vinita, Oklahoma, of Dutch and Cherokee ancestry, David Morse has studied fiction and caused trouble: organized a student strike, visited Cuba, started an underground newspaper, waged a campaign against a nuclear power plant, written investigative articles on racial discrimination. Somewhat mellower now, and a Quaker, he lives in Storrs, Connecticut Book has some smudges on the corners but doesn’t effect the integrity inside
