FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING. The condition is “good” simply because this is an ex-library copy with limited library markings; otherwise the book is in EXCELLENT, UNREAD condition, copyright 2019. It was difficult to take photos because I didn’t want to crack the spine. New York’s 1949-1950 City College Beavers was extraordinary. Every team member was Jewish or African American & they became the only team in history to win the NIT & NCAA tournaments in the same year. But their success was followed by a shocking downfall.
