This unusual book is from 2003 and seems to predate the “mindfulness with an attitude” genre that is so popular today. It’s in pretty good shape besides some minor wear on the covers, particularly the corners. The author’s interesting life combined with his zen philosophies would make this an engaging read for anyone who enjoys either punk rock, spirituality, or both.
