This set of The Incorrigible Children of Ashton Place books are new and unread. I am stating them in excellent condition due to a few minor dings/flaws as shown in the pictures. They are: Book 1 = ding at top of spine, Book 2 = cover crease on front and back, surface scratches on back cover, and some page tears, and Book 4 = small tear on front cover. Each book also has a black remainder mark, on the top of book 1 and the rest have it at the bottom. A couple have a small crease in bottom corners of cover, one is shown in the pictures. Pages are clean. Bindings tight. No spine creases. Unread. They sorta got forgotten on our bookshelves. We homeschooled and have a ton of books. Never even time in the day. Yet, we still love bringing in all the books. Time for someone else to enjoy this set.
