Great condition. Clean pages, no writing. Tight binding. Minor wavy/loose feel to dustjacket cover, and minor waviness on some pages from water/moisture. See pictures. Only affects the first 30ish pages at bottom near page number, then the last 2 blank pages inside the back cover. There are 6 blank pages at the very end of the book after the acknowledgments...so this part affects none of the written text. See pictures for overall condition.
