Seller Description
This book in Hungarian language is easy to read with the Google Translate app. It covers the very strong tournament in Budapest 1961, won by Viktor Korchnoi. It has excellent notes, 18 leaves of plates with 2 photos and beautiful sketches of the players on glossy paper, diagrams and cross tables. 208 pages. It was written by Grandmaster Laszlo Szabo, himself a very strong player. Di Felice catalogue number 421.3. My cost over 30 years ago was $25, worth $52 today. Gift inscription on the half title page. There is tanning of the pages due to age, and trivial bumping of the corners and wrinkling of about 1 cm of the upper spine, otherwise I would describe it as in excellent condition. Pango does not have a very good category so I called it good but it is in better shape than that. It lacks the extremely rare dust jacket.
