Seller Description
In 1993 British chess master Colin Leach published a seven part series on the Vienna game. It remains the most thorough treatment of this opening. This volume has 71 pages in small print, containing 382 annotated games plus many additional games and part games in the notes. If you are rated under 2200, most of your opponents will be well prepared against the Italian game, the King’s gambit and the Ruy Lopez. But it is unlikely they will have any in depth preparation against the Vienna opening. I paid $16 ($35 today) for this pamphlet over 30 years ago. I could find only one copy for sale from an an American seller, priced at nearly $25. Buy my copy and save!
