I think it gives the book an 'honor' of being owned & loved by a young girl!

This is the 5th printing in 1965.
Except for the  cover sheet, which tore out with use, all the other pages seem to be intact. 
I flipped through the pages and they seemed to be in same very good condition.

It seems to be a good overall instruction book.

Considering the date of 1938, the book is in very good shape.  The binding is intact, no rips, pages are  good with typical wear.  A couple of slight folds.
The cover, front and back are worn  but not falling apart. 

Owner wrote on both the front and back inside covers.

These are self published books from a fraternal order. 
Found at an estate sale, they belonged to the last resident. 
One has a published date of 1918 and the other 1938.
These books are the rites and rituals from an old club of 'secret' gatherings, similar to the Lion's and Elks club.

Very rare find.  In good condition typical of the age.
Red cover is 3.75 inches x 6.5 inches.  Brown cover is 5.75 inches x   3.8 inches. 

Odd Fellows Rules Book & Ceremony Book 

Published in 1950, a few years after the War was done.  
The book is in good shape for it's age. Someone played around with the cover, but the binding is good. 
Typical wear for a book that is almost 75 years old. 

This chronicled the War in photos taken by the magazine's staff photographers. 

There's a wide range of photos, some are very difficult to see but it is the raw scenes of that awful conflict.

This is a wonderful compilation of articles that were originally in Architectural Digest.  The list of Hollywood A listers is on the back and the photos of their homes are stunning. 

The book itself is in great shape but listed as good but the dust cover has some wear and the binding is not as tight as I'd like it to give it a higher level. 

We get 90 percent of our books from estate sales.

This is a Company published book about the history of both the company and the innovative products that they made.  It was published in 1960 and has photos of the 2 families that joined together to form the company. 
The company is still in business today, 2024, although now named Mestek, and still in Westfield, MA.

This is a great slice of History book that describes how Central Heating became the norm for al buildings in the USA. 

This is a RARE find!
