Couple of minor tears at the bottom of some pages (see pics 6-8) and some minor binding problems for the about the author page at the end (see pic 9). Some cover wear as well. Nothing affects reading and tears barely noticeable. Everything else has good binding. Outside of the tears, its clean inside: no highlights, writing, underlining, etc.
