Cover in nice condition there is a little sticky where a price tag was at one time on the back. Pages are in nice condition no writing or tears that I can see. Plastic binder seems to be in good condition. This cookbook has 223 pages and the copyright is 2002. Book is 9“ x 7“ hardcover.
