This book is a retelling of Virgil, a poem from the famous greek story The Aeneid. It focuses on Lavinia, the future wife of Virgil. By making her the protagonist, readers are able to learn more about her life before Virgil and gives an originally mute character her own voice and perspective. The book has small signs of wear and tear on the covers, but the pages themselves are in tact.
