Published in 1990 by the National Postal Museum Smithsonian Institution in Washington D.C. A small booklet with 20 numbered pages. Tells the unusual tale of a little orphaned dog who became a mascot for the U.S. Post Office. He traveled by train criss crossing the U.S. and even made it to Canada, Alaska and Mexico. He also completed a world tour aboard the steamship Victoria.
