This is a very good work on the basic techniques of the art of Aikido. It is also presented by one of the West Coast premiere teachers. No matter what your attitude is about Aikido whether you believe it works or not this is a unique perspective and general study. Again this is a unique publications soft cover I don't know if it's in print anymore.
