Book Condition - The only signs of wearing are some light scratches on the protective cover. They're only visible when the light hits them at the right angle :S About the Book - I love this author! This is an Oprahs Book Club Book! But beware, this book touches a lot of heavy topics including grief, familial death, and depression. The main character experiences some of these challenges, and the plot moves forward as she learns to cope and heal with her new husband. This is definitely not for younger audiences. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it for mature readers who are looking for dark american literature.
