Sweetie Goodins struggles with accepting the consequences of his actions as a drug dealer in Eastern Kentucky. One of his main customers is John Perley, who's nine year old daughter, Lucy, is starting to realize that her parents are addicts. As the Perley's life falls apart, Sweetie tries to decide between blaming the poor decisions of the people he sells to, acknowledgeing the role he plays.
