It’s from 1951 and it has been maintained in a non-smoking home. Very sweet book by Margaret Wise Brown . There’s some minimal shelfware to the front cover and one tiny green Grandmark to the front cover page. Otherwise everything looks in really good condition. I’m not finding any tears or dog ears or markings and the finding is very nice bright clean pages
