This was a deceptively adorable book! I was expecting a kind of cheesey angsty vampire novel, but it's actually about this boy who goes to a new school to discover it's a vampire school and how he makes friends and tries to have the best highschool experience he can and it's just really pleasant to read! So if you're tired of the usual vampire tropes, this book is fantastic! It's less about the vampires and more about growing and learning to stand up for yourself and making friends and it's just super cute!#vampire#paperback#ya#comingofage
