Stains on outside of pages (every side). Bottom corner of front cover has fold line. Top corner of back cover is folded. Wear on edges of cover and top and bottom of spine cover edge. Tear on bottom front page. Front cover doesnt go flush with rest of book. All damage shown in pictures. This book is in fair, readable condition!
