I paid 40 dollars to buy this for a uni class and haven't really used it 😭. I provided pictures of some of the main contents of the journal. If you've considered starting budgeting this is a good beginner tool as it has prompts and tables to track your cash flow. Or if you need it for the same prof please take it off my hands
