Poor condition. Book bought at yard sale. Read and no desire to keep. Cover is peeling. Book has dirt stains, water damage (doesn’t affect ability to read book) and other stains. Cover is bent, spine is slanted due to previous reading. Book is quite beat up. Pages are wavy toward back of book due to water damage. However, pages are tear free and book is perfectly legible and readable.
