Please see photos. This book was printed in 1898. So for its age, it is in great shape. However it does have considerable shelf wear, the corners are bent inward, there is some rubbing and dirt on the outside, a couple of the pages have been dog-eared, however we have straightened them so hopefully by the time you get this book they will be less dog eared. The spine is firm and the pages are crisp.
