Book is in perfect condition with the exception of four pages in the very front that have been completed. Photos are provided so that you can see. The remainder of the book is totally clean. The book comes from a pet free and smoke free environment. I have used math for the subject as there is no Medical or nursing as a choice and you are unable to leave that blank.
