This is a book a lot of people can relate to.. and that's why it is so important to people. In the end, we find out that Glasgow wrote this to symbolize her very own story. And she wanted to show that no matter how hard it gets, it will always get better.

I rated this book a 4 for a reason. This book will stay with me long after reading the last page. It wasn't a total 5 stars because I did get bored a few times, and I didn't sob as much as people swore by.
