I had this as a young girl but then it was lost. Bought an ex library copy. Clearly this has been read often and well loved. Markings on interior of cover but pages clean. Binding intact. Still has many years of love left to give. A treasure if you grew up with this! A cat stalks a big yellow balloon that he thinks is the sun and begins a strange parade of animals and people.
