I didn't think this book was spectacular, but it was everything I was expecting from this sort of novel. If you're looking for a YA fantasy with romance, an enemies-to-lovers couple, and a simple magic system, this book is for you!

I was surprise by how much I loved this book. It had some of my favorite tropes, enemies-to-lovers, arranged marriage, forced proximity, slow-burn romance.
