This is the ultra rare 2005 deluxe edition with the 11 owl misprint on page 100 (should read ten owls) and a 652 page count. Top of box is signed in gold by the author! A couple of minor scuff marks on the box but the book is in pristine condition. This same item is offered at twice the price on eBay.
