The story revolves around a mother, Jen, who witnesses her teenage son, Todd, murdering a stranger. The next day, she wakes up to find herself a day in the past, and this pattern continues, each day taking her further back in time. Jen uses this opportunity to try and uncover the reason for the murder and prevent it from happening.
