Seller Description
This middle grade book about a trans girl is a staple in any queer kids' library or banned book collection. I bought it used, and there is small bending on the corners and some color fading (sun damage?) on the spine. Pages may be starting to yellow. note: the handwritten alteration to the cover is encouraged by the author (google #sharpieactivism"). Later editions of the book are published under the title Melissa rather than George, but the story is the same either way.
