This is a 2005 first edition. It is preowned with a unique dust jacket that folds out to be a poster size collage of photographs. This volume analyzes the 1906 earthquake in San Francisco and chronicles its history. The dust jacket does have some minor scuffing to the top front. Otherwise the book is in excellent condition.
