Rainbow Crate special edition with an exclusive dust jacket - also comes with the original dust jacket and a signed bookplate already placed in the book. There's a small dent in the back dust jacket (pictured), but otherwise the book is in excellent condition. Note: the special edition dust jacket is somewhat larger than the actual book (pictured), but that's unfortunately how the book was made.
