The cover and front pages are in poor condition. The pages are yellowing. Parts of the cover have flaked off, the bottom corner is dog eared, there are creases on the front and back cover, the spine is creased, there’s a rip in the bottom of the cover (that just happened while I was trying to take pictures!) and in a few of the first pages. However, I marked this as fair condition because aside from the terrible cover condition, most of the book is in good shape for its age and it’s a good reading copy. I’m listing this for all the vintage horror collectors who may not mind the numerous flaws or want the copy they read when they were kids.
