Signed by Jeff Lemire on the inside front cover. Graphic novel is listed as fair because it wasn’t stored properly. The spine is in excellent condition but the opposite side shows fanning. I am a little critical when I choose the condition and will store this on a shelf but I don’t think it will fix it. It is a first printing and was signed at a comic con.
