There are a few dog eared pages. A little crease in the cover. The spone is still in great shape. I noticed a bit of discoloration too on a handful of first pages. Honestly, none of that detracted from this AMAZING story. I didn’t want it to end. 5 plus stars! A page turner is apt and then some to describe it. If you love mother daughter stories, mixed with mystery, this is for you, I promise. Plus elephants! I was hooked from the first page.
