This copy is the 7th impression (printing) of the 1960 Lippincott first edition. It is 296 pages with green cloth over brown boards; the letter “W” is present on the copyright page, and a brown dot at the bottom right of the rear board. Note: the 7th through 13th printings of the Lippincott first edition have the brown dot (possibly an indicator of the production plant). This copy has clean, unmarked, secure pages and no personal markings. The dust jacket is missing. There is light edge wear and soiling to the covers, and the spine is sunned. The spine leans and has some give; however, as noted, the pages are still tightly bound.
