The books follow an American West storyline with a young man named MacClellan as the central character. The first in the series, Dixon Road, takes place post civil war, from 1862-1867. The second in the series, Yellow Basket, A White Comanche Woman, Caught Between Two Worlds. The third in the series is Paradise Cove, Settling the Canyons on the Raw Edge of Texas.
