Founded by Richard Taylor, Tania Rodger and Jamie Selkirk in 1987, Weta Workshop has created props, costumes and special effects for films such as The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Avatar, and District 9. The company has also created props for television shows, video games, and theme parks.
