Shaun David Hutchinson is an American author of young adult fiction and nonfiction. He is best known for his award-winning novels, including The Deathday Letter, The Five Stages of Andrew Brawley, and We Are the Ants. He also writes the Chaos Walking trilogy, co-written with Patrick Ness. His books often feature LGBTQ+ protagonists and explore themes of identity, sexuality, and mental health.
