James A. Owen is an American illustrator, writer, and publisher known for his fantasy and mythology-inspired works. He is the creator of the internationally bestselling series The Chronicles of the Imaginarium Geographica, and the author of the novel Here, There Be Dragons. He is the founder of Coppervale Studios, an independent publishing house, and the co-founder of the Storyteller's Institute.
