He is best known for his work on superhero comics such as DC Comics' "Green Lantern" and Marvel Comics' "The Amazing Spider-Man". Kane played a vital role in the Silver Age of Comic Books, contributing to the visual design of the modern incarnated Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) and co-creating the modern version of the Atom (Ray Palmer). His style was known for its dynamic action, fluidity, and an emphasis on anatomical correctness in character depiction. He also co-created the villainous Iron Fist for Marvel.
