Dalton Fury was a pseudonym used by Thomas Greer, a former Delta Force commander and author. Greer served as an officer in the U.S. Army for over 20 years, during which time he was involved in various highly classified combat operations. He rose to fame after publishing his book "Kill Bin Laden," which details the unsuccessful Delta Force mission Operation Anaconda in Afghanistan, aimed at capturing or killing Osama Bin Laden in the early 2000s. Following his military career, Fury wrote several fiction novels featuring military themes and special operations. He passed away in October 2016 after battling cancer.
